Ridgeline Digital was founded by Louise Owen after 15 years leading performance, data, and media strategy at the world's largest agency networks.

The same pattern kept recurring: organisations investing heavily in channels, platforms, and technology, but underperforming because the underlying system was broken. Fragmented teams, disconnected data, misaligned measurement, no clear operating model. Agencies weren't set up to solve that — they were set up to execute within it.

Ridgeline Digital exists to sit above the execution layer and fix the structural design. The name comes from the idea of gaining elevation — getting above the noise to see how the whole system connects, where it breaks, and what to do about it.
